NAVFAC MAR – US Navy Facilities Marianas Guam


Participated in a team consulting to the US Navy and Marine consortium developing a new $11 billion dollar, 2700 acre Marine base on Guam.  The project will relocate over 20,000 marines, their families and support personnel from Okinawa before 2014.  Consulting focused on the coordinated application of LEED for Neighborhood Development, the LEED Campus Guide, LEED for New Construction, LEED for Existing Buildings and LEED for Schools. 

The completed project will consist of over 5000 individual buildings, all of which will be evaluated for LEED Silver.
